This event will focus on the following objectives:
- Attendees will be able to understand the linkages between the 12 Steps and mindfulness
- Attendees will be able to understand how these seemingly disparate approaches can inform & enrich each other – as both an approach to living & a set of practices
- Attendees will become familiar with meditation as a specific practice that connects the 12 Steps and mindfulness
1:50 pm: Welcome and introduction
2:00 pm: Mindfulness and 12 Steps
2:55 pm: Question/Answer Period
3:00 pm: Housekeeping for evaluation and certificates.
